We pray that as you celebrate the birth of our precious Savior, Jesus, that your hearts are filled with joy, hope, peace, awe, and wonder today.
As our family celebrated Advent this month, reading different parts of the Christmas story, I was struck, once again, by how often the words "humble" and "mercy" appeared, and how often they are displayed from the announcement of John's birth to the birth of Jesus.
I'm filled with gratitude each time I meditate upon these attributes of Jesus, and stand in awe of His incredible love for us!
Truly His birth was Good News of Great Joy for all the earth!
